If you hike, climb, train, ski, run, or push your edges, you know how to move through discomfort. But strength and movement don’t always release the stress, pressure, and emotional experiences the body stores along the way.

In these 1:1 breathwork sessions, we use guided, intentional breathing to calm the nervous system, release stored emotion, and reset patterns that can hold you back — so you can move through life and the outdoors with more ease, confidence, and clarity.

What to Expect

These sessions are designed to help you feel more grounded in your body, clearer in your mind, and more at ease under pressure.

Each session begins with a short check-in to set an intention - maybe you’re ready to release stored stress or emotion, quiet anxiety, build confidence, or get unstuck around something that’s been holding you back.

From there, I’ll guide you through intentional, connected breathing that helps your nervous system downshift and your body release what it’s been carrying. People often experience a sense of lightness, clarity, emotional release, or deep calm — sometimes all in the same session.

We’ll close with a few minutes to integrate what came up, so you leave feeling supported and clear on how to carry the benefits of the session into your everyday life — whether that’s on the trail, in training, at work, or in relationships.

Sessions are available virtually so you can access this work wherever you are.

In person sessions around Salt Lake City are available upon request for an additional fee.

Single Session

Best for a reset or first experience

A one-time private breathwork session designed to help you slow down, regulate your nervous system, and release built-up stress or emotion. This is a great option if you’re feeling overwhelmed, curious about breathwork, or want support during a particularly demanding season.
