Twende Kilimanjaro!

Imagine this: standing tall and proud at the top of one of the world’s most iconic peaks, surrounded by a group of extraordinary women who’ve had your back every step of the way.

This isn’t just about climbing a mountain. It’s about becoming the kind of person who believes in their own strength no matter what life throws at them.

When you stand at the base of this mountain, you might feel nervous, unsure, or even a little intimidated. But day by day, you’ll watch yourself do things you didn’t think you could.

You’ll see your mindset shift from “I hope I can” to “I KNOW I can.”

That kind of proof doesn’t fade... it changes the way you show up in every part of your life.

You will build unshakable confidence. Every challenge on the mountain becomes evidence that you are capable of more than you thought. When you’ve made it through the freezing summit night and stood at 19,341 feet... job interviews, tough conversations, and big life changes will feel different because you’ll know you can do hard things.

You will reconnect with joy and community. Between the challenge, there’s laughter, play, and connection. You’ll remember what it feels like to be fully present and alive while surrounded by a community who will cheer you on, cry with you, feel with you, and boost you up when things get tough! These friendships will stay strong long after the retreat is over.

You will rewrite your inner story. The trek will bring up fears, doubts, and old beliefs about your limits. Together, we’ll face them head on and replace them with a new narrative: I am strong. I am capable. I am worthy.

You will master resilience. The altitude, long days, and unpredictable weather will teach you how to stay steady when things get uncomfortable. That resilience will ripple into your relationships, career, and personal goals.

You will deepen your self-trust. You’ll learn to listen to your body, pace yourself, and make decisions that serve you. These skills will translate to everyday life and big picture dreams.

You will see the world (and yourself) differently. Immersing yourself in Tanzanian culture, hearing stories from our local guides, and witnessing the warmth of the people who come from a different way of life will shift your perspective on gratitude, abundance, and what truly matters. This is how I changed my life when I lived in Tanzania.

When we come down from the mountain, you won’t just have a summit photo. You’ll have proof that you can do things you once thought impossible, a deeper connection to yourself and those around you, and the confidence to take on challenges in every area of your life.

Because when women rise, we raise the collect vibrations of the world around us. Let's make it happen!

What Sets Our Retreats Apart

Adventure With Purpose

Yes, we’re here for the mountains.

But we’re also here for what the mountains teach us - resilience, perspective, and confidence.

When you spend days moving through the mountains, facing challenges, and celebrating small wins along the way, something shifts. You start trusting your body, your instincts, and your ability to handle more than you thought you could.

The experiences we create are meant to help you walk away feeling stronger not just during the retreat, but long after it ends.

Breathwork for Real Life Strength

Breathwork isn’t just something we do on a yoga mat.

It’s one of the most powerful tools we have to stay calm, focused, and resilient when things get uncomfortable.

Throughout the retreat, I’ll share simple breathing techniques you can use:

• On the trail when things get tough
• To calm your nervous system and build mental resilience
• To stay steady and confident when you’re outside your comfort zone

The goal isn’t to add more “things to do” when you get home — it’s to give you practical tools that help you handle challenges with more ease, wherever life takes you.

A Balance of Challenge and Joy

We’ll push ourselves on the trail.

But we’ll also laugh a lot, share incredible meals, and celebrate the adventure together.

Because growth and fun can absolutely exist in the same place.

Some of the best moments happen after a long day of hiking — sitting around a table in a mountain hut, swapping stories, clinking glasses, and realizing you’re surrounded by people who showed up for the same reason you did: adventure, connection, and a little bit of challenge.

It’s that mix of effort, joy, and shared experience that makes the whole week so memorable.
